Returns and Exchanges for Apparel and Art Prints
* Apparel: Return or Exchange Within 14 Days
WILLOW SOUL accepts your return or exchange of unworn and unwashed non-customized items from our Angel Number Clothing collection within 14 days of the original purchase.
* Art Prints: No Returns or Exchanges
Because items in our Angel Number Wall Art collection are delicate and cannot be restocked, each order is fulfilled with an untouched edition prepared specifically for you. For this reason, art prints cannot be returned or exchanged.
Where to Send Your Return or Exchange
Please follow these steps:
* Pack up your item(s).
* Select a carrier (USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL).
* Pay the return postage at the time of shipping.

What Happens After We Receive Your Return
Once your return is received, WILLOW SOUL will either:
* ship your replacement item, or
* refund your original form of payment.

How long does it take to process a return or exchange
Once your return arrives, our Angel Care Team will process it within 2 business days. You will receive an email confirmation as soon as your return or exchange is complete.
Can I exchange my clothing item for a different size
Yes. Items from our Angel Number Clothing collection may be exchanged for another size within 14 days of purchase, as long as the item is unworn and unwashed.
Do I need the original packaging for a return
No. As long as the item is in its original, unworn condition, you may return it without the original packaging.
Are art prints eligible for returns or exchanges
Art prints from our Angel Number Wall Art collection are not eligible for returns or exchanges because each edition is printed on premium card stock that requires careful handling and cannot be restocked.
What should I do if I received the wrong item or a damaged item
If your item arrives incorrect or damaged, please contact our Angel Care Team with your order number. We will resolve the issue with priority support.
