Please use the online form below or email us at Hi@WillowSoul.com to provide your order number located on your digital receipt (check your email) OR simply provide us with the email address you used to purchase the merchandise.
2) Return or Exchange for Apparel Only
* Apparel: Return or Exchange Within 10 Days
WILLOW SOUL will accept your return or exchange of unworn and unwashed non-customized merchandise by mail within 10 days of original purchase.
* Art Prints: NO Returns or Exchanges
Due to the delicate nature of art prints, WILLOW SOUL does not restock art prints that have already been shipped to another customer. As a courtesy to all artwork buyers, you will always receive a brand new art print (never a returned item) for quality assurance.
3) Address for Returns and Exchanges
* Pack up your item(s).
* Select a carrier (USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc.)
* Pay the return postage at the time of shipping.

4) You'll Get an Email Confirmation
Upon receipt of your returned merchandise, WILLOW SOUL will ship the replacement item to you or refund the amount back to your original form of payment. You will receive an email once the return is completed.
